Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated 2026-10-23
This page says how to cancel, how to withdraw from a purchase, and how to get a refund. All three are available from Cancel or refund in your account, in two clicks.
1. Our 14-day refund promise
Any paid charge (Pro Monthly, Pro Annual or Exam Sprint) can be refunded within 14 days of the charge, for any reason. Refunds go to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. This promise is on top of your legal rights and never replaces them.
2. Cancel a plan
"Cancel plan" stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, then move to Free with your progress intact. During a 7-day trial, cancelling means you are never charged. Exam Sprint does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.
3. Withdraw from the contract (UK and EU consumers)
By law, UK and EU consumers can withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content, you can lose that right once access has started if you asked for it to start immediately and acknowledged the loss. At checkout we ask you for that confirmation and keep a record of it. Even if you gave it, our voluntary 14-day refund promise still applies. Choose "Withdraw from contract" in your account or write to us with a clear statement that you withdraw. We confirm by email.
4. Request a refund
Choose "Request a refund" in your account. If you cannot sign in, email us from the address on your account with the purchase date. No forms, no retention calls. We reply to confirm, and the refund follows through the payment provider. Access returns to Free after a refund. Your notes and progress are kept.
5. After 14 days
We look at later requests case by case. Duplicate charges and billing mistakes are always fixed. Your statutory rights, such as for faulty or misdescribed services, are not affected.
6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, you keep full access for 7 days while the payment is retried and we email you. If it is still unpaid after that, the plan ends and you move to Free.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us first. We resolve nearly every request faster than a bank dispute.
Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record and seller for paid plans. Stripe collects and pays the sales tax, VAT or GST that applies, sends your receipt, and shows its own name on your card statement. Our Terms, Refund and Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy still apply to your use of the service.
