Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 2026-10-23
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. Breaking it can lead to limits or suspension.
1. What is welcome
- Studying, taking notes, and reporting mistakes. Every question has a report button.
- Saving explanations to your own notes and screenshots of your own scores and progress for study groups, a resume or social posts.
- Printing guides and cheat sheets for your own desk.
- Using referrals as intended: real people you know, one account each.
2. What is not allowed
- Copying or scraping questions, labs, lessons or tools for republication, resale, or to train another question bank or model. Personal study use is fine.
- Sharing or reselling paid access. One account per person. Schools and teams can contact us.
- Getting around limits with multiple free accounts, automation or API abuse.
- Attacking the service: probing, flooding, credential stuffing, or exploiting a bug instead of reporting it. Good-faith reports are thanked.
- Breaking the law with or through the service, harassing others, or uploading unlawful content to notes.
- Misrepresenting us. Do not present our content as official exam material or imply endorsement by any certification body.
- Misusing AI features: trying to extract hidden instructions, generate harmful content, or run the models for unrelated work.
3. Accounts on shared devices
Signing in on a library or workplace computer is fine. Leave it signed in for someone else and the account is no longer yours alone: sign out when you finish, and never pass a session to another learner. If you think someone else has used your account, change your password and tell us. We can review the access log and, where the evidence is clear, restore an account we suspended in error.
4. Enforcement
We respond in proportion: a warning, then temporary limits, then suspension, then a ban for repeated or severe abuse. If we end a paid account for cause, we refund the unused time within the 14-day window and consider later cases individually. You can appeal by replying to any enforcement email. A person reads it.
5. Reporting abuse
Email us with links and dates. We keep reporters anonymous to the reported party.
